In this position, you will interface directly with internal team members and clients to execute research plans and create deliverables that inform and inspire a variety of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience conducting primary and secondary research in the healthcare, consumer packaging and/or consumer electronic segments, while utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Of particular interest are candidates with medical product development experience.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience leading small teams, mentoring, and establishing high quality research and usability frameworks

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in user experience, usability research,and/or HF in a product development in a consulting environment (or similar environment)

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in medical product development

• Proficient knowledge of HE75, CR 820.30 and IEC62366 among other relevant medical standards

• Minimum of 500 hours of study moderation

• Masters degree in related field (e.g. human factors, cognitive psychology, HCI, ergonomics, industrial engineering, etc.)

• Expert level skills in research presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Stat Packages

• Proven track record of professional success (e.g. portfolio, references, etc.)
