Radius is looking to add talented Design Leadership to its Hong Kong location. Qualified candidates are those who are self-managing, motivated and possess an entrepreneurial nature. Candidates must have experience in project management and directing creative teams from the beginning stages of research participation through to the concept and detail development phases. Candidates will also demonstrate excellent communication and accelerated problem-solving skills, as well as maintain a high standard of customer service and professional guidance.

• 8+ years of experience with a product development or similar professional services firm
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin a must
• Background in project management
• History of directing creative teams and leading design efforts
• Proactive, self directed individual with the ability to operate with minimal direction
• Results driven team player
• Must have the presence and credibility to stand up and effectively engage prospective clients and others through the presentation of the firm’s capabilities and proposals.
• Bachelors degree in Design required
