Radius Product Development is looking for a talented and experienced Engineer that can contribute engineering knowledge and experience to product development projects. Experience in consumer electronics and health care product development, and/or packaging for Fast Moving Consumer Goods is desired. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of creative problem solving, sound knowledge of engineering principles, and will be knowledgeable about manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for product development are essential.

This individual needs to provide a broad view and understanding of the product development process, and effectively participate in multi-disciplined team efforts in the evolution of products from concept through testing and validation. Responsibilities will include participation in product development teams and accountable for the quality and content of engineering deliverables. Providing new and improved value to our customers. Maintain a high standard of customer service and professional guidance.

The prospective Engineer will have a BSME and minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Solid experience in using CAD packages such as Pro/Engineer and Solidworks is a must. Direct experience in the product development consulting business is a plus. The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong background and interest in engineering and product development aspects. Good command of spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin is a must.
